Maps of Bonanza Creek Experimental Forest
We have two ways of viewing maps of Bonanza Creek Experimental Forest; image maps and our
internet map server. The image maps provide a good overview of the research area and are
easy to use. You may click portions of the map to zoom in on pre-determined areas of interest.
The internet map server is an internet Geographic Information System (GIS). Our map server is
much more sophisticated than our picture maps, but also contains a lot more information. Using the map server
you may zoom, pan or turn map layers on and off, as needed, to build a customized map.
