Accommodations

Conference organizers have reserved a large block of rooms at the conference site, where registrants will receive a preferred rate of $75 (plus 8% tax) for a standard room. After April 1, these rooms may no longer be available, so make your reservations early.

Anyone concerned about keeping hotel costs low should contact Nancy Fresco (ftnlf@uaf.edu) for assistance. Possible low-cost options include being matched with another conference participant to share a hotel room, or seeking housing with a local graduate student at UAF. Accommodation discounts are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to assist those on very limited travel budgets on a first-come, first-served basis.
